ALL PRICES ARE NET

AD POSITIONING: Right hand position will be granted if space is available. No advertiser is guaranteed right side unless preferred position of 25% additional is paid.

AGENCY COMMISSIONS: All prices are net.

COPY CHANGES: Advertisers may make changes in a copy a maximum of once a week. If more frequent changes are made, the advertiser will pay the prevailing rate of composition for such changes.

Deadlines: Black and Spot Color-Thursday Noon before publication. All other ads and copy deadlines: Noon Friday preceding publication.

DISCOUNTS: In order to qualify for the discounted rates, the advertiser must advertise a minimum of every other week in a six month period. Multiple insertion advertisers are granted a discounted rate per insertion as quoted above. If contractual weeks are not fulfilled, advertiser will be charged back to appropriate rate price for advertising already run. This in no way reduces or eliminates advertisers obligation to fulfill contract.

PAYMENT: For new accounts payment is required in advance for the first three ads. All accounts with past due balances over 30 days will be charged a fee of 18% (annual rate).

POSITION CHARGE: Preferred position, if granted, 25% additional.

RIGHTS AND TITLE: All advertisements created by the staff of the Daytona Times remain the sole property of the company and may not be used in any publications without the written permission of the publisher.

SPECIALTY ARTWORK: One color $120.00 net. Full color $250.00 net. Custom designed logos, borders, etc. will be charged on individual basis.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: The Daytona Times assumes no financial obligation for typographical errors in advertisements, but when notified promptly will reprint that part of the advertisement in which the error occurs. We assume no responsibility if the advertiser required a proof. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement deemed objectionable to the publishers.
